Games to Play With Your Mentee

These are some suggestions of games you can play during your match meetings.  This list is not all inclustie, but can be used as a startig point for generating ideas.  You may be familiar with some of the suggestions.  It can also be fun and a good modeling opportunity to learn a new game together.  Some, such as the card games include links to webpages with instructions.

A strategy game with added fun.  Recommended for ages 8+

Other Games/Activities

Fill in the blank with word prompts to create a funny story.


Build a Fort

Inside or out, get creative.


Act out clues without talking.  The other person guesses.


A treasure hunt of sorts using GPS.

Scavenger Hunt Map

Many premade list can be found online, or create your own.


Logic Puzzles. You may be able to find printable ones online.
